Every business has to manage different areas in its operations at one time. This can be overwhelming and often important but less urgent facets fall by the wayside. To mitigate this and to put companies on a sustainable path, we focus on one topic per month. 

When a company works through these topics systematically throughout the year, and revisits them on an annual basis, the business builds value. This monthly topic is part of the agenda we cover with clients who are engaged in monthly board-style meetings.
